Second Serve Fund

Official Rules: October 18 Draw

Last updated: September 28, 2026

NO DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A donation does not improve your chances of winning beyond the number of entries it carries. See Section 4 for the free method of entry.

1. Organizer

The "October 18 Draw" (the "Draw") is organized as a fundraiser by the organizer of the Second Serve Fund, a children's sports initiative that helps injured children from low-income families get back in the game (the "Organizer"), reachable at hello@secondservefund.org. The Draw is not a lottery, is not run for profit, and all donations go toward the care described on secondservefund.org. The Draw is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or administered by the New York Knicks, the National Basketball Association, Madison Square Garden, Meta Platforms, or Stripe.

2. Eligibility

Open to natural persons 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees or household members of the Organizer are not eligible. Entrants outside the United States may enter, but travel and any cost beyond the prize tickets are their own responsibility.

3. Entry period

Entries are accepted until Sunday, October 18, 2026, 5:30 PM ET. There is no cap on the number of entries. Entries received after that moment are not included in the Draw.

4. How to enter

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners are selected. Each winner receives two (2) tickets, seated together in the lower bowl (100 level), ten (10) tickets in total, to the New York Knicks 2026-27 regular-season home opener against the Philadelphia 76ers, Tuesday, October 20, 2026, 7:00 PM ET, at Madison Square Garden, New York. The tickets are delivered by official mobile transfer after the Draw, in time for the game. The tickets were donated to the Organizer by a private supporter and are given as thank-you gifts. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash substitution. Approximate retail value is stated at the time of the Draw and posted on request. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner selection and notification

Five winners are selected at random from all valid entries shortly after the entry period closes on October 18, 2026. Each is contacted the same evening by email, and by phone where a number was provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours, the prize passes to the next entry drawn, so that the tickets can be transferred before the game. The results are published in the Updates section of secondservefund.org.

7. Privacy

Names, emails and phone numbers collected with entries are used only to administer the Draw and the donation receipts, and are not sold or shared with third parties. The winner's first name may be published in the Updates section; full name only with the winner's consent.

8. General

By entering, you accept these rules. The Organizer may cancel or amend the Draw if it cannot be run as planned; in that case donations remain gifts to the fundraiser and are not refunded unless required by law. Disputes are resolved under the laws of the State of New York.
